Registration will open February 2, 2025
Camp is located near downtown Sebastopol and runs from 9:00am -2:00pm Monday – Friday.
Required Forms to Register and Save a Spot:
- Registration Form (Please call or text if you want a space reserved and if space is available, we will send you the required forms.)
- Waiver
- COVID Waiver
- 25% no-refundable deposit for each week (*Sliding Scale $75-$100)
- ** If you have attended camp before and all information is the same, you only need to send the dates and 25% deposit**
Rates:
All camps are priced on a Sliding Scale*
- Rates for the week will be $350-$450
- Sibling discount will be 10%
- Scholarships are available upon request
- 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a spot
- All payments are due by May 1st
Sliding Scale: A note on the “Sliding Scale”: The base fee pays the expenses of Earth Camp. If your family pays above the base fee, you are contributing to the Earth Camp scholarship fund and camp improvements. This past summers, we have been able to cover partial tuition for a camper for each week of camp! Thank you to the families that are able to pay the higher end of the sliding scale.
